PC based software is not internet based however you can use it to process credit card charges that you received from the internet if you want.  PC  based software runs on a desk top or laptop and utilizes your computer's modem, or IP connection to transmit the charge to the processing network in much the same way as a credit card terminal.   Approval is within 3-15 seconds and a receipt will automatically be sent to your printer.  Charges are batched and settled automatically each day.

If you need  a simple way of processing your charges by keying them in or want to set up a simple POS terminal system using a magnetic card reader (available from us for about $150) then this is your choice.
PC Charge Pro also comes with advanced features such as a customer data base, recurring billing function, spread sheet/data base import export capability, and extended reporting capability.

MasterCard and Visa  require all internet transactions to comply with their Electronic Charge Indicator (ECI) flag requirements.  This is a software embedding signal that notifies the processing network that the charge originated from the net.   Some software does NOT comply with this requirement but is still being sold to internet merchants.  Avoid costly fines and potential  termination  of service by making sure your software is compliant.  ALL software and gateway services sold by TMS are fully compliant with these regulations.

Many bankcard companies sell you proprietary software that only works on their network.  They usually will not bother to tell you this.  If you purchase or lease proprietary software and then decide to switch your service you will not be able to use your software on another processing network.  All PC based software sold by TMS is supported and fully certified on all major processing networks.
